Struggling to get going

I checked out my workout logbook, and I see that I have only exercised 8 hours this year. I should be doing at least that each week. I have really struggled since the beginning of the year. I don’t know if its the post holidays, the fact that we are in the heart of winter, or what.Last year was my most consistent year ever with exercise. As a result, I lost 15 pounds. My goal is to lose another 15 pounds this year. I was hoping to lose a lot of the weight in the winter, so I wouldn’t have to worry about restricting calories in the summer.
