Weight Lifting
I just got back from the gym. I lifted weights today – right around 40 sets of 15 reps – about 600 reps in all. It takes around 1 ½ hours for my partner and me to get through it all. We work our total body, and are shooting for doing it twice a week. If we lifted a third time, it would have to be on our own, and I would probably work just on specific body parts.
I mentioned in my first blog that I use to lift a lot, but I gave it up about 8 years ago. (more…)
